Senior Manager, Pricing Strategy

Are you passionate about turning pricing insights into commercial growth? Do you combine strategic thinking, analytical expertise and strong leadership skills with a deep interest in retail and consumer behaviour?

Join Pandora as Senior Manager, Pricing Strategy and play a central role in shaping how we set, test and evolve pricing across our global product portfolio. Based at our Global Office in Copenhagen, you will lead Pandora’s Pricing Strategy team and help strengthen the data, frameworks and decision-making that support sustainable revenue growth.

Shape Pandora’s global pricing strategy

As Senior Manager, Pricing Strategy, you will lead a team of approximately three colleagues and act as a trusted pricing partner to senior stakeholders across Product, Finance, Merchandising, Supply Chain and Senior leadership.

You will own key elements of Pandora’s global pricing architecture, testing agenda and annual pricing cycle. By combining performance data, competitor intelligence, customer insights and financial modelling, you will translate complex information into clear recommendations that improve pricing decisions and commercial outcomes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead, develop and manage the Pricing Strategy team, setting clear priorities and building strong analytical and commercial capabilities.

  • Own the optimization of Pandora’s global recommended retail price architecture across product categories, metals and pricing tiers.

  • Lead the global pricing test agenda, including A/B testing and price-sensitivity analysis across key assortment segments.

  • Drive the annual global pricing cycles from target-setting and kick-off through to senior leadership approval.

  • Lead regular pricing architecture reviews based on performance data, test results, competitor intelligence and market feedback.

  • Maintain target-margin frameworks and ensure margin insights inform product development and pricing decisions.

  • Act as a strategic pricing partner to Pandora’s product organisation, embedding pricing insights into collection development, portfolio decisions and new product introduction.

  • Partner with Commercial Pricing to define global pricing guidelines and the boundaries within which local markets operate.

  • Work closely with Finance on P&L validation, average selling price targets and in-season scenario modelling.

  • Oversee key pricing tools and operational processes, including price uploads, calculations and the distribution of pricing information to relevant functions.

  • Own the monthly global pricing reporting cadence and lead ad hoc commercial deep dives.

  • Provide strategic pricing input to transformation projects, e.g. expansion into new materials and other emerging business opportunities.

Collaborate across Revenue Growth Management

You will work closely with colleagues across Pandora’s Revenue Growth Management organisation to ensure that pricing decisions are supported by strong insights and aligned with our broader commercial agenda.

This includes partnering with Commercial Pricing on market execution and in-season scenarios, working with Insights & Advanced Analytics on competitor benchmarks and elasticity analysis, and collaborating with Promo Excellence to ensure that pricing and promotional decisions support a clear and consistent commercial strategy.

A strategic and analytical people leader

We are looking for a commercially minded leader who can turn complex data into actionable recommendations and bring clarity to important business decisions.

You are confident working with senior stakeholders and comfortable facilitating discussions where multiple perspectives and priorities must be brought together. You combine a structured and analytical approach with curiosity, humility and the ability to move forward in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

We imagine that you bring:

  • Approximately 6 to 10+ years of relevant experience within pricing, Revenue Growth Management, Collection management, finance, strategy or management consulting.

  • Strong experience with pricing strategy, commercial analytics or revenue optimisation.

  • People leadership experience and a genuine interest in developing strong teams and individual capabilities.

  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.

  • Experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI.

  • Experience working with large datasets and tools such as Alteryx or similar ETL and analytics platforms.

  • Strong problem-solving and project management capabilities.

  • A strategic mindset and strong commercial instinct, ideally developed within retail, consumer goods or another customer-focused industry.

  • The confidence and credibility to build relationships with and influence senior stakeholders.

  • Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills.

  • Fluency in English.

A degree within finance, strategy, business, economics or a related discipline would be beneficial, but we also welcome candidates with an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.

Your new team

You will join Pandora’s global Revenue Growth Management organisation and report to the Senior Director, RGM & Pricing. The team partners across Product, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing and Pandora’s global markets to strengthen commercial decision-making and identify opportunities for sustainable growth.

This is a highly collaborative role with significant exposure across Pandora’s global organisation and an opportunity to shape the future of pricing strategy at scale.
