We are looking for a detail-oriented Coordinator, eCommerce Operations to join our eCommerce Fulfilment Centre team in Budapest In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating daily warehouse and customer service operations, ensuring customer orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and within agreed service levels. You will support operational excellence by driving performance, maintaining inventory accuracy, collaborating with delivery partners, and contributing to an outstanding end-to-end customer experience.
Working Hours: 5 days per week, scheduled across Monday to Friday.

We DELIVER - Let's deliver together:
- Support the day-to-day operations of the eCommerce Fulfilment Centre, ensuring efficient processes and high service standards
- Coordinate and support the daily activities of the Pick & Pack and Customer Service teams
- Ensure customer orders are processed and fulfilled within agreed service level agreements (SLAs)
- Monitor operational performance and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Support order fulfilment activities, including picking, packing, shipping, and returns processing when required
- Maintain high standards of merchandise handling, stock accuracy, inventory control, and loss prevention
- Monitor inventory levels and support stock management, replenishment activities, and cycle counts
- Assist with customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner
- Support Customer Service KPIs and contribute to a seamless customer experience
- Collaborate closely with delivery carriers to improve delivery performance, service quality, and customer satisfaction
- Manage carrier-related claims, complaints, and operational issues
- Support operational reporting, performance tracking, and analysis of key business metrics
- Maintain awareness of sales forecasts, promotional campaigns, and peak trading periods
- Ensure compliance with operational procedures, fulfilment processes, and service-level requirements
- Perform ad hoc operational and administrative tasks as required
