About Pandora Production Vietnam
Pandora’s new jewellery crafting facility is located in the Vietnam–Singapore Industrial Park III (VSIP III), about 40 km north of Ho Chi Minh City. When fully scaled, the state-of-the-art facility will produce up to 60 million jewellery pieces annually and employ around 7,000 craftspeople. It is powered entirely by renewable energy and built to LEED Gold certification standards.
Main purpose of the role:
• Work with internal IT Service Owners, Developers, Project Managers, Contract Management, 3rd Party consultants, etc. to optimize and maintain our infrastructure.
• Contribute to technology roadmaps pertaining to local manufacturing processes.
• Work closely with our team of engineers and architects, each with their own domain of expertise to build solutions, meeting documented requirements.
• Ensure solution documentation is produced with agreed quality together with key vendors.
• Represent Technology Strategy and Foundation in projects and shine all the way from analysis, design and transition to operation and continuous improvement.
• Be responsible for the stability and strategic vision of our on-premises infrastructure supporting the Vietnam manufacturing facility.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree preferably within an IT-related discipline.
• 5+ years of professional experience demonstrating your expertise in Data centers, servers, converged infrastructure, storage, network, end user computing, collaboration platforms and security.
• Transformation projects, standardizing and optimizing a modern hybrid infrastructure environment.
• Experience operating within Agile processes and related procedures.
• Good English both in writing and verbally.
