•    Design and deliver entry level Leadership development programs and initiatives 
•    Work closely with manager and stakeholders to customizes curriculum and develop training materials to ensure that organizational and stakeholder needs are met.
•    Improve understanding of Pandora leadership behaviours at all levels across the organisation and support leaders and managers in ensuring that they demonstrate the desired behaviours consistently.
•    Monitor and evaluate leadership programs to ensure the programs align with business strategies and priorities .
•    Collect and Analyse leadership program reports and metrics
•    Organize and lead leadership community of practice.
•    Work collabotively with Global Talent and C&S Talent Team on the alignment of Leadership programs, Leadership assessment and leadership development tools
•    Manage the operational and administrative components of leadership program delivering to ensure the program runs to schedule and budget
•    leadership programs logistics, facilities, and materials management and liasion 
Partner with Learning Partner Team in identifying and managing internal facilitaters for leadership programs
•    In charge of payment procedures related to responsible areas 
•    Establish and manage professional assessment and learning tools. 
•    Facilitate, deliver training in some in-house programs in areas of leadership and people capability development.

 

We love that you are…


•    Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources Development, Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. A degree in Organizational Development and/or Human Resources Development is preferred.
•    Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, including program implementation, curriculum design, and learning tools.
•    At least 2 years of experience in leadership development, management development, or soft skills development.
•    Proven experience in designing and implementing leadership and management development programs.
•    Experience in coaching, mentoring, or other leadership development practices.
•    Solid understanding of leadership theories, frameworks, and best practices.
•    Experience working in a manufacturing or operational environment is preferred.
•    Strong project management and program coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders effectively.
•    Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to anticipate business needs, identify opportunities, and take ownership of initiatives.
•    Strong collaborative and influencing skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and work effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
•    Highly organized, with a structured approach to managing priorities, projects, and deadlines.
•    Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, reports, and program metrics and translate insights into actionable improvements.
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and comfortable using analytical, collaboration, and digital learning tools.
•    Strong written and spoken communication skills in both English and Thai, with confidence in presenting and facilitating learning sessions.
•    Strong learning facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
•    Ability to design engaging learning content, training materials, and leadership development experiences.
•    Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
•    Willingness to travel up to 10% as required.
•    This role will be responsible for supporting Leadership Development activities across C&S Thailand and Vietnam and working closely with local, regional, and global stakeholders.
