Drive a whole manufacturing product and process quality to achieve C&S internal/external quality target. Ensure delivery of safe and compliant products from Pandora manufacturing facility while continuously improving consumer quality satisfaction and total cost of quality.
Strategic :
- Initiate for Strategic and drive for implementation with alignment through organization and manage resources to deliver key objectives Crafting and Supply strategic goals
- Oversee and drive best-in-class Manufacturing Quality in jewelry industry, maintain right quality standard and adopt of best-practices to ensure consistency across production units
Quality Management System :
- Develop, implement, and maintain a robust quality management system in compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Communicate and ensure adherence to all quality-related policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Strive to deliver the best of PANDORA product by continuously improve Manufacturing Quality product and process thru customers with design objectives.
Quality Assurance/Control :
- Oversee the development and deployment of product quality inspection plan to ensure delivery of safe and compliant product.
Continuous Improvement :
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices, lesson learn and support lean methodologies, and Six Sigma principles.
- Promote a culture of quality at source and accountability throughout the organization.
People development
- Enhance team capability toward delivery C&S quality initiative and to become high performing team.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Advocate quality prevention improvement regarding exceed consumer expectation.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Elevate quality report to address and drive quality improvement in manufacturing and present regular reports on quality performance to executive management for decision making.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree as minimum/ Master degree in Engineering / Science / Business administration
- Minimum 10 years’ experience leading on quality process for manufacturing or Quality management on relate field.
- Strong understanding of Quality manufacturing standards on Jewellry or other relevant business.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, interact effectively with the organization
- Self-motivated and hungry enough to work hard and willing to change.
- Drive the solution to most complex business problems
- Demonstrate ability to make hard decisions, making the right trade-offs
- Effectively plan and deliver exceptional work while handling both volume and complexity
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality considerations are integrated into all aspects of the organization's operations
