Our distribution center is a pioneering logistics center with the highest sustainability standards that is fully geared towards efficient processes. From here we ship our goods quickly, safely and reliably to 69 countries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. We are as diverse as our jewellery: about 350 employees with over 40 nationalities give special moments to countless customers every day. By supplying the Pandora stores but also through directly to our end customers. Via the online shop, we enable each of them to tell their very own story empowered through personal engravings and stylish gift packaging.

Director Logistics & Planning (m/f/d)

Our Director, Logistics & Planning provides strategic leadership for Pandora’s end to end distribution and fulfilment ecosystem across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The role owns the strategic direction, performance and evolution of third-party logistics (3PL) partnerships and Local Fulfilment Centres (LFCs), ensuring scalable, cost efficient and customer centric fulfilment solutions across e-commerce, POSM fulfilment, and Jewellery & POSM transportation.

 

With responsibility for approximately 95 employees across 13 countries, the role plays a critical part in shaping Pandora’s regional supply chain strategy, translating global ambitions into strong regional execution. The position drives network design, partner strategy, governance, and continuous improvement across all channels, while developing leadership capabilities and organisational maturity to support long term growth and operational excellence.

 

You will be responsible for:

 

Strategic Leadership & Network Ownership

  • Define and lead the EMEA logistics and fulfilment strategy across all channels, ensuring alignment with Pandora’s global supply chain vision and commercial priorities
  • Own the end‑to‑end distribution network across e‑commerce, POSM and transport, balancing service, cost, scalability and resilience
  • Act as a key strategic partner to Global e-Com, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Cluster leadership on network design, fulfilment models and future growth initiatives

 

3PL & Partner Strategy

  • Provide overall accountability for 3PL and carrier performance across EMEA, including partner selection, contracting, governance and long‑term relationship development
  • Lead strategic tender processes and QBRs in close collaboration with Global Procurement, driving value creation, innovation and performance transparency
  • Ensure strong orchestration between 3PL providers, cluster e‑commerce teams and global functions to secure consistent and reliable execution

 

Local Fulfilment Centre (LFC) Leadership

  • Hold end‑to‑end responsibility for the LFC network, covering performance, cost, service levels, compliance and people leadership across approximately 80 headcounts in 11 countries
  • Establish clear governance frameworks to ensure LFC operations are aligned with cluster e‑commerce strategies while remaining scalable and customer‑centric
  • Drive standardisation, best‑practice sharing and maturity of operating models across the LFC landscape

 

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across all responsibility areas, embedding operational excellence, standard processes and performance management
  • Ensure successful regional implementation of global supply chain initiatives while driving locally driven optimisation where required
  • Oversee Facility and Security Management for the Hamburg DC

 

Financial & People Leadership

  • Own budgets across LFC operations, e‑commerce fulfilment, POSM fulfilment and transportation for all channels within the region
  • Build strong leadership pipelines and organisational capabilities, developing high‑performing, empowered teams across diverse markets and cultures
  • Foster a performance‑driven culture focused on accountability, collaboration and customer impact
