JOB SCOPE Department Performance Support Support Manager in monitoring department performance, workload balancing, resource utilization, and key operational priorities. PM & Sample Delivery Coordination Coordinate critical project and sample delivery activities across teams to ensure milestones, priorities, and customer commitments are achieved. Escalation & Issue Management Support identification, tracking, and resolution of operational issues, risks, and cross-functional dependencies impacting project execution. People & Team Development Support Support supervisors and team leaders in workforce planning, capability development, onboarding, and implementation of department initiatives. Business Reporting & Management Support Prepare department performance reports, management updates, and operational insights to support decision-making and planning activities. Cross-functional Alignment Act as a key coordination point between PM, Sample Development, Engineering, Planning, Inventory, Production, and Quality functions.
