Senior Manager, Category Management, Digital & Technology

Location: Copenhagen
Department: Procurement, Digital & Technology (D&T) Procurement
Reports to: Director, Digital & Technology Procurement

Are you ready to shape how technology enables one of the world's most loved jewellery brands? This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of strategic Digital & Technology procurement categories, with a strong focus on software, SaaS, licensing, and key technology partnerships. You will influence how Pandora buys, manages, and optimizes technology globally, balancing business ambition, supplier performance, cost optimization, and long-term value creation.

Your new role

As Senior Category Manager, Category & License Management, you will be a strategic procurement partner for Pandora's global Digital & Technology organization. You will own and mature category strategies, lead high-impact sourcing and supplier initiatives, and turn complex technology needs into commercially strong, scalable, and sustainable solutions.

Category Management

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Shape and continuously mature global D&T category strategies, translating business priorities into clear roadmaps, initiatives, and measurable outcomes.
  • Act as a strategic business partner to senior stakeholders, influencing decisions through insights, storytelling, and strong commercial recommendations.
  • Lead strategic supplier relationship management with key technology partners, driving service quality, innovation, performance, and value delivery.
  • Drive high-impact sourcing, tendering, and RFP activities across software, SaaS, implementation partners, and technology services.
  • Work closely with local and global stakeholders to ensure fast execution, strong adoption, and tangible business results.
  • Monitor external market trends, supplier developments, and best practices, acting as a subject matter expert and coach across Global Procurement.

License Management

You will help Pandora build smarter, more transparent, and more value-driven software and license management practices. This means setting direction for license and cloud usage, strengthening compliance, optimizing cost and utilization, and ensuring suppliers deliver against agreed commitments. You will play a key role in making licensing easier to manage, easier to govern, and more impactful for the business.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement clear, scalable license management processes across software and cloud subscriptions.
  • Plan, monitor, record, and report license usage to ensure Pandora remains compliant while optimizing spend and utilization.
  • Act as a trusted subject matter expert, guiding stakeholders toward best practices, cost-effective coverage, and improved decision-making.

Your skills and qualifications

We are looking for a commercially strong and curious procurement professional who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, business, and supplier strategy. You thrive in complexity, bring structure to ambiguity, and know how to turn insights into action. Most importantly, you enjoy building trusted relationships and creating visible impact.

To succeed in this role, you have:

  • A Master's degree in business administration, supply chain management, technology management, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience within category management, strategic procurement, technology procurement, or a closely related commercial role.
  • Solid experience negotiating and sourcing across software, SaaS, implementation partners, and technology services.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute category strategies that influence senior stakeholders and deliver measurable value.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, supplier landscapes, and commercial models within complex D&T categories.
  • Experience building long-term partnerships and navigating a global matrix organization with confidence.
  • Experience with large global SaaS and systems integration suppliers is a strong advantage.

You bring energy, curiosity, and a structured way of working. You communicate with influence, negotiate with confidence, and use data to tell a clear story. You are fluent in English and motivated by creating outcomes that matter for the business.

What we offer

  • A global role where you can shape technology procurement decisions with real business impact.
  • Exposure to strategic suppliers, senior stakeholders, and complex transformation agendas.
  • The opportunity to build and further mature ways of working within category and license management.
  • A collaborative procurement community with development opportunities, mentoring, and room to grow.
