Officer, Tooling Improvement (BB)

In the role of setting up fixtures and jigs and tools for mass production as well as the development phase. 

  • Tools, Jigs, fixtures and Mechanical skills 

  • Support E2E process for new innovation tools of each department (II&PD, PEX, Production, C&SQ, other). 

  • Design concept to see solution tool. 

  • Discuss final design and make fabricate part by use standard program assembly and test function tool. 

  • Ensure quality of tools before hand to requester.  

  • Support an improvement project on machine parts and machine modification per assigned. 

  • Machine operating and Software operating  

  • Discuss final design and make fabricate part by use standard program assembly and test function tool. 

  • Ensure that tools and Jig & fixture are produced by using a suitable machine, or CNC 3X, CNC Lathe, Milling machine per assigned.   

  • Operating machine by using CAD/CAM and ZW3D per assigned. 

  • Support team for developing facility layout and product drawings by using specific software, such as AutoCAD and ZW3D. 

  • Collaboration  

  • Cooperate with requester for ensure delivery plan is match and suitable for production plan.
