Store Manager

Lead the launch of Pandora Warrnambool and build a high-performing team from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the successful store opening and ongoing performance
• Recruit, coach and develop your team
• Drive sales, KPIs and customer experience
• Maintain operational and visual merchandising excellence
• Create an engaging and positive store culture

What You'll Bring

• Previous Store Manager experience in retail
• Proven success leading teams and delivering results
• Strong commercial and people leadership skills
• Passion for customer experience

Assistant Store Manager

Support the Store Manager in delivering commercial success and creating an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and store performance
• Coach and motivate the team to achieve targets
• Deliver outstanding customer service
• Oversee stock, rostering and store standards
• Lead the store in the Manager's absence
