Creative Manager (FTC 6 months)

 

Contract: FTC – 6 months 

Location: Flexible hybrid working style with three days in the London Marylebone office 

 

The role 

The Creative Production Lead is responsible for leading the UK Creative Studio and overseeing the end‑to‑end delivery of local creative assets across all marketing channels, ensuring work is delivered to brief, on brand, and at pace. This role acts as the senior creative production lead for the UK, with two direct reports, owning local creative delivery while working in close partnership with Global Brand Creative and the global adaptation agency. The role balances local responsiveness with global consistency, providing strong creative governance, quality control and production leadership as Pandora’s global content ecosystem evolves.

What to expect from the role 

Creative Studio Leadership 

  • Lead the UK Creative Studio, setting priorities, standards and best practice for local creative delivery. 

  • Line manage and develop the local creative team, with a focus on production excellence, capability building and clear ways of working. 

  • Act as the senior escalation point for creative delivery challenges, resourcing conflicts and prioritisation decisions. 

 

Local Creative Production & Delivery 

  • Own end‑to‑end creative production for all UK local briefs, from briefing and scoping through to delivery and final sign‑off. 

  • Oversee delivery across key channels including:  

  • CRM emails  

  • E‑commerce imagery  

  • Paid and organic social content 

  • Campaign adaptations and local executions 

  • Retail graphics 

  • Go-To-Market materials for external wholesale partners 

  • Ensure assets are delivered on time, on brand and optimised for channel and platform requirements. 

 

Global Adaptation Agency Management 

  • Act as the primary UK creative liaison with the global adaptation agency. 

  • Brief, route and manage adaptation work delivered by the agency, including resizing, versioning, localisation and transcreation. 

  • Conduct quality assurance and final creative sign‑off on agency outputs for the UK market. 

  • Ensure clear division of responsibilities between local studio delivery and global agency scope as operating models continue to evolve. 

 

Brand Guardianship & Creative Quality 

  • Be accountable for maintaining brand consistency and creative quality across all UK local outputs. 

  • Ensure global toolkits, master assets and brand guidelines are applied accurately and effectively. 

  • Provide senior creative judgement on when local execution is appropriate versus further alignment to global assets. 

  • Champion continuous improvement in efficiency and creative effectiveness. 

 

Governance, Process & Ways of Working 

  • Help define and embed clear local ways of working aligned to global content ecosystem governance. 

  • Ensure correct use of briefing, approval and asset management processes, including global content library and workflow tools. 

  • Partner with Global Brand Creative, Creative Operations and Marketing Operations to align on evolving processes and responsibilities. 

  • Support change management as new agencies, tools and workflows are introduced. 

 

Stakeholder Collaboration 

  • Work closely with Brand, CRM, E‑commerce, Retail and other x-functional teams to translate business needs into effective creative solutions. 

  • Build strong relationships with senior global stakeholders, providing confidence in local creative delivery and output. 

  • Contribute to cross‑market and global forums when required, sharing learnings and feedback.

 

The successful candidate 

  • Experience in creative production leadership, creative operations or studio management within a brand, in‑house studio or agency environment.  

  • Proven experience delivering creative assets at scale across multiple marketing channels, including CRM, digital, social, e‑commerce and retail.  

  • Strong experience working within global brand frameworks, adapting master assets and toolkits for local market execution.  

  • Demonstrated experience managing and collaborating with external agencies and production partners, including adaptation and localisation partners.  

  • Experience operating within complex, matrixed organisations with multiple senior stakeholders.  

  • Background in design, creative craft or creative production is desirable but not essential.

  • Stakeholder influence: Confident communicator able to build credibility with senior stakeholders and explain creative decisions clearly.  

  • Collaboration: Works effectively across brand, marketing, channels, global teams and agency partners.  

  • Change agility: Comfortable operating in ambiguity, helping shape new ways of working as global processes, tools and agency models evolve.  

  • Commercial awareness: Balances quality, speed and cost, making pragmatic decisions to support business outcomes.
