Construction Trainee

 

This opportunity is open to students looking for a 6- to 12-month internship.

 

At Pandora, our Construction team plays a key role in bringing our brand and customer experience to life across our stores in Spain and Portugal.

 

The team is responsible for coordinating new store openings, refurbishments, relocations and other construction projects, ensuring that each project is delivered according to Pandora’s standards, timelines and budget.

 

During this internship, you will gain hands-on experience in retail construction and project management, working closely with internal teams, external suppliers and international stakeholders.

 

You will have the opportunity to understand how construction projects are planned and executed within a leading international retail company, from the initial preparation phase through to the final delivery of the store.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

 

  • Support the coordination of new store openings, refurbishments and relocations.
  • Assist with the planning and follow-up of construction projects from start to completion.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders, including construction companies, contractors and suppliers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Marketing, IT, Retail Operations and Visual Merchandising.
  • Support the monitoring of project timelines, milestones and deliverables.
  • Assist with project cost tracking, budget follow-up and invoice control.
  • Maintain and update project documentation and internal trackers.
  • Support the management of projects through Project Space, in coordination with our global team in Denmark.
  • Participate in project meetings and follow up on agreed actions.
  • Help ensure that projects are delivered in line with Pandora’s quality, design and operational standards.
  • Occasionally visit stores and construction sites to support project follow-up. 

 

MORE ABOUT YOU

 

  • Degree or master’s in Architecture, Building Engineering, Technical Architecture or a related field (FP)
  • Eligible for an internship agreement with an educational institution.
  • Fluent in Spanish, with advanced English.
  • Organized, detail-oriented and process-oriented.
  • Strong interest in construction and project management.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Available to travel approximately twice per month.
