Cluster Sales Manager - Central Scotland, Fife & Ayrshire

The Cluster Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving commercial performance and consistently outstanding customer experiences across a portfolio of selected stores within the Scotland region. They take joint responsibility for driving their cluster’s financial performance, translating business objectives into clear strategies and actionable plans that drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence across multiple stores.
This role is field-based, so you’d have to be comfortable and happy to commute across all of Central Scotland, Fife & Ayrshire; the geography of the store portfolio.

What to expect from the role
Working closely with the Regional Sales Manager, Scotland, the Cluster Sales Manager supports the delivery of commercial results, operational excellence, and consistent customer experience across approximately six stores. Through visible leadership, they coach Store Manager’s, identify performance & capability opportunities and drive commercial improvement in underperforming stores. They foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture across the region, supporting Store Managers to coach and develop their teams, drive performance, and create engaging customer experiences. By consistently demonstrating Pandora’s values, the Cluster Sales Manager ensures that every store reflects the standards, energy, and passion that define our brand.
Key responsibilities
Measurable success criteria for our Cluster Sales Managers is split into three objectives:
Commercial Excellence
- Supports delivery of strong commercial performance through regularly reviewing and interpreting performance data, making strong commercial decisions and taking targeted actions to maximise sales opportunity, control costs, and improve consistency of KPI delivery.
- Coaches Store Manager’s to deliver on KPI’s and elevate team performance, leading commercial upskilling initiatives to enhance sales execution.
- Embeds a culture of customer centricity across the cluster, ensuring consistent delivery of the Pandora customer experience model in every store by monitoring performance, supporting interventions where needed, and enabling teams to elevate salesmanship, strengthen customer engagement, and build long-term loyalty.
- Leads brand execution across the region, ensuring new launches, campaigns and seasonal activities are executed to a high standard in every store to maximize impact on commercial performance, while proactively identifying opportunities to elevate execution standards and influencing upwards to drive continuous improvement.
Operational Excellence
- Ensures consistent operational standards across the region, remaining agile to respond to last-minute changes, while also effectively managing multiple workstreams simultaneously to ensure timelines and tasks are consistently met.
- Ensures store schedules are commercially aligned to match trading activity while ensuring schedules remain agile to changes in trade patterns and compliant with payroll guidelines.
- Oversees stock management standards across the region, ensuring all stores effectively implement stock management procedures and remain fully compliant with all relevant policies.
- Drives compliance in health and safety, security, and data privacy across the region; role-modelling best practice and identifying and escalating risks swiftly to protect employees, customers, and the business.
People Excellence
- Consistently demonstrates Pandora values and leadership behaviours in everything they do, applying them to decision-making, ways of working, and all interactions with team members and customers.
- Builds a positive and inclusive team culture across their cluster that drives high engagement, reflects our values, and fosters a motivated working environment.
- Establishes and sustains a strong performance culture across the region by setting ambitious goals and ensuring store plans are aligned with business priorities. Provides guidance, timely feedback and coaching across the Region and addresses underperformance swiftly and constructively.
- Contributes to succession pipelines and development across the region, equipping teams with the skills to excel in their current roles, building future readiness to strengthen succession pipelines, and fostering engagement and loyalty by creating opportunities that encourage people to stay and grow within the business.
The successful candidate
- Extensive store management experience within a large organisation, running high-profile multi-sites with a high turnover
- Proven track record of successfully delivering in a similar multi-site field management role (e.g. Multi-Site Manager, Area Manager, District Manager)
- A strong leader who leads by example, consistently role-modelling high standards, inspiring others, and driving improved performance across teams
- Proven track record of developing talent, building succession pipelines, and preparing future leaders for progression
- Highly adaptable and agile, with the ability to embrace new skills and ways of working, respond effectively to changing priorities, and translate learning into improved capability and results
- A customer-centric and service-focused team leader with a target-driven and sales-focused mentality
