As our new Business Analyst, Reporting & Analytics, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day‑to‑day management of data processes underpinning Pandora’s global retail store portfolio. Based at our Copenhagen HQ, this role offers an exciting opportunity to combine analytical rigor with operational impact - ensuring our network data is accurate, reliable, and actionable for teams across the business.
Reporting excellence meets global collaboration
In this role, you will be responsible for improving, consolidating, updating, and maintaining a range of recurring reports that support Pandora’s Network & Franchise Management activities. You will ensure data quality, consistency, and governance by performing structured data checks and keeping records accurate across systems and tools.
A core part of the role is close collaboration with cluster counterparts across markets. You’ll actively follow up on inputs, resolve discrepancies through structured dialogue, and ensure data submissions are delivered on time and to the required quality standards. Your work will enable confident decision‑making across global and local teams by providing a trusted, up‑to‑date view of Pandora’s store network performance and plans.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Consolidating and refreshing recurring store portfolio reports on a regular cadence
Performing structured data quality checks and ensuring adherence to data governance standards
Maintaining accurate and consistent data records across reporting tools and files
Proactively identifying opportunities to improve data processes and reporting efficiency
Network & portfolio reporting
Tracking network action plans, including new openings, refits, relocations, closures, and FWI initiatives
Collecting inputs from local network teams and sharing outputs cross functionally to support planning
Supporting network expansion reporting, including store counts, net openings, and financial impact
Tracking lease renewal savings and one‑off savings across markets
Reporting tools & analytics
Owning the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of Power BI dashboards
Supporting the transition from Excel‑based reporting to Power BI where relevant
Delivering technical updates and enhancements to existing files and tools
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:
2 - 4 years of experience in a business analyst, reporting, data, or finance role
Experience working with structured data processes, including consolidation, validation, and quality management
Strong analytical skills and a structured, detail‑oriented approach to recurring reporting
Ability to identify data inconsistencies and resolve them through constructive, process‑driven dialogue
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain data and processes clearly
A proactive mindset with ownership of defined reporting and process areas
Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI and Power Query
Exposure to retail and/or real estate environments is a plus
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in data analytics, information management, finance, or a related field
