Associate Specialist, Performance

  • Support Manager, Rewards & Performance Management Partners in managing and developing end-to-end process to ensure reward development is having an impact on each individual performance.
  • Ensure the right organization structure and performance accessor in performance management system before performance evaluation starts.
  • Identify employees who are entitled for performance appraisal and ensure accuracy of fact-based performance data (productivity, OJT and attendance) and entry date to HRMS system.•    Consolidate final PPM score and performance rating of all divisions (both PPT1 and PPT2) and be able to advise distribution guideline based on z-score.
  • Support Reward Manager/Reward Partner Specialist in preparing of performance management related documents.
  • Communicate to all employees regarding the performance measurement criteria, evaluation processes including timeline of evaluation cycle.
  • Involve with related divisions in facilitating performance test such as OJT, gage R&R test, etc., if needed.
  • Ensure that all final performance data of all employees are stored safely at the right place.
