Deliver value as part of our Global Pricing team
Pricing and revenue management is a key area for Pandora and an important driver of enabling our revenue development and profitability.
As Pricing Analyst in Global Merchandising, you will support a variety of analytical deliverables and processes that facilitate data-driven decision making across the organization.
You will join an exciting business area and work in an international hub of can-do spirited and performance-driven colleagues.
The role will report to the RGM & Pricing Senior Manager within the Global Pricing team.
In this role, you will contribute to strengthening Pandora’s pricing capabilities by building scalable analytics, reporting, and data structures that enable clear, insight-driven commercial decisions.
Adding to this, your main accountabilities will be to:
Build and maintain robust dashboards and reporting solutions (e.g., Power BI, Excel) to track pricing performance and key commercial KPIs
Structure, clean, and optimize pricing datasets and reporting infrastructure to improve data quality, consistency, and accessibility
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that support pricing and revenue growth management decisions
Support analytical deep dives on pricing performance, including elasticity, price tests, and commercial impact assessments
Develop and maintain analytical tools and models to support pricing simulations and scenario analysis
Monitor internal and external price developments and performance trends to identify risks and opportunities
Support post-mortem analysis of pricing actions and experiments, ensuring learnings are captured and scaled
Collaborate with global and local teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions
Present insights in a clear, structured, and visually compelling way to support stakeholder decision-making
Drive continuous improvements in reporting, data structures, and analytical processes within pricing and RGM

Relevant and actionable insights from competitor price tracking and internal price performance analysis.
Contribution to strengthening Pandora’s price test, learning and tracking approach.
Continuous improvement in pricing reporting, analytical tools and decision frameworks.
Effective contributor in commercial pricing
We imagine that you come with a strong analytical foundation and are motivated by using data to drive insights and business impact. You enjoy working with numbers and building structured analyses that help connect the dots and support decision-making.
We hope that you will demonstrate a range of relevant experience and competencies including:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in a data analytics, business intelligence, pricing or consulting role, or a similar analytical position.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel capabilities and modelling techniques.
Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
Detail-oriented mindset with strong curiosity for understanding commercial performance drivers.
Excitement for pricing and revenue management and a desire to collaborate with colleagues to make an impact.
Excellent English proficiency, presentation and communication skills.
High motivation and ability to collaborate cross-functionally, including with remote colleagues.
Team-player mentality: actively engage with team members, fostering collaboration and supporting collective goals.
