Analyst, RGM - Commercial Insights

Are you looking for the opportunity to leverage your analytical thinking and skills in order to contribute to strategic projects and commercial decision-making? Do you have a problem-solving mindset and a flair for commercial analytics? Then, keep on reading!

About the Role

We are currently looking for an Analyst to support Pandora’s Revenue Growth Management (RGM) agenda by identifying commercial opportunities, translating business needs into analytical approaches, and delivering actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. The primary focus of the role is driving business impact through insights, decision support, and strong commercial understanding, while also contributing to development of modern analytical capabilities on the side.

The role combines commercial problem-solving, stakeholder collaboration, and analytical execution. Working closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders, the Analyst will independently drive analytical deep-dives end-to-end: from identifying business questions and structuring analyses, to communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading end-to-end analytical deep-dives on commercial topics related to pricing, promotions, assortment, and performance management
  • Developing and maintaining scalable dashboards, reporting frameworks, and analytical tools that support commercial decision-making
  • Supporting RGM communications and reporting, including internal insights and competitor pricing analysis
  • Partnering with stakeholders across RGM (Pricing and Promotions) to identify business needs and translate them into actionable analytical approaches
  • Translating analytical findings into clear recommendations and executive-ready narratives that support commercial decision-making
  • Presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders across levels, including senior leadership, ensuring clarity and impact
  • Supporting strategic projects and leadership discussions through structured problem-solving and insight generation
  • Contributing to the continuous development of Pandora’s RGM analytics capabilities, including new tools, analytical frameworks, and data-driven approaches

What is needed to succeed

You are a strong communicator with solid storytelling skills and the ability to present analytical insights clearly to senior stakeholders. You are ownership-driven and have a proactive mindset with a strong attention to detail. You enjoy cross-functional collaboration and can effectively manage various stakeholders.

Additionally, we are expecting that you have and can demonstrate:

  • 3–5 years of experience in commercial analytics, strategy, revenue growth management, pricing, consulting, or merchandising with focus on analytics
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations
  • Commercial curiosity and strategic thinking, with an interest in pricing, promotions, and consumer behaviour
  • Continuous improvement mindset, actively seeking new analytical approaches and tools
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex analysis and modelling
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar), as well as working with large datasets and data querying tools is an advantage
  • Strong PowerPoint skills, with the ability to translate analytical insights into clear, executive-ready materials
  • Familiarity with statistical or programming tools (e.g., Python, R, or similar) is considered an advantage
